WP0 – Coordination and Programme Management
Overview
The Coordination of PanAfGeo+ is assigned to BRGM (French Geological Survey) in close collaboration with EuroGeoSurveys (EGS). The Coordinator acts as the intermediary between the European and African partners and the funding authority (DG-INTPA). The coordination team is responsible for the overall management of the Action, including progress monitoring, quality assurance, internal communication, and liaison with the funding authority, the Management Committee, the General Assembly and the Advisory Board.
BRGM
coordinated the previous PanAfGeo-1 (2016–2019), PanAfGeo-2 (2021–2025) and AfricaMaVal (2022–2025) projects providing strong institutional continuity and experience.
